Last Updated: January 1, 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DoneRightHub™, including our website, software, hub, tools, features, services, subscriptions, migration services, maintenance services, support, and related offerings.
DoneRightHub™ is part of the DoneRight family of brands, owned and operated by SSB Hosting, LLC. The DoneRight family of brands may include DoneRightHub™, DoneRight Web Design, DoneRightVideo™, and other related websites, hubs, products, and services. Some DoneRight family brands, websites, products, or services may have their own separate terms, policies, or agreements where appropriate.
These Terms are between you and SSB Hosting, LLC, the owner and operator of DoneRightHub™ and the DoneRight family of brands (“DoneRightHub™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing the Hub, subscribing to a paid plan, using a free plan, purchasing a service, or otherwise using DoneRightHub™, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub.
1. Who We Are
DoneRightHub™ is an all-in-one marketing hub that helps users create and manage websites, funnels, landing pages, email marketing, automations, courses, contact lists, and related business tools.
DoneRightHub™ is part of the DoneRight family of brands, owned and operated by SSB Hosting, LLC.
You can contact us at:
Email: hello@donerighthub.com
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use DoneRightHub™.
If you use the Hub on behalf of a business, organization, client, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to both you personally and the business, organization, client, or entity you represent.
3. Your Account
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Hub. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to share your login credentials with unauthorized users or allow others to access your account in a way that violates these Terms.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately at hello@donerighthub.com.
4. The Hub and Our Services
DoneRightHub™ may include tools for websites, funnels, email marketing, automations, forms, contact management, course hosting, digital products, checkout pages, landing pages, file hosting, and other related business functions.
We may also offer additional services, including:
One-time migration services
Monthly maintenance services
Account setup assistance
Technical support
Website, funnel, or marketing-related assistance
Other services described on our website, proposal, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement
Some services may be subject to additional terms, limitations, scopes of work, or written agreements.
5. Free Plan
DoneRightHub™ may offer a free plan with limited features, usage limits, or restrictions.
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the free plan at any time. We may also change what features are included in the free plan.
The free plan is offered so users can review and use the Hub before choosing whether to upgrade to a paid plan.
6. Paid Plans, Fees, and Billing
6.1 Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, based on the plan you choose.
Prices are shown on our pricing page, checkout page, proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Prices may change with notice.
6.2 Auto-Renewal
Paid plans automatically renew until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by following the cancellation process available to you.
After cancellation, you will keep access through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds.
This is why DoneRightHub™ offers a free plan. Only upgrade to a paid plan if you want access to the paid features and are ready to join at a paid level.
This no-refund policy applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, one-time migration services, monthly maintenance services, setup fees, and other paid services unless we state otherwise in writing.
6.4 Taxes
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges owed in your jurisdiction.
6.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment method on file.
If payment is not received, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Hub or any paid services.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.
7. Migration Service
DoneRightHub™ may offer one-time migration services to help move content, pages, funnels, contacts, automations, courses, settings, or other materials from another tool or system into the Hub.
Migration services are based on the scope agreed to at the time of purchase, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
You are responsible for providing accurate login details, files, exports, instructions, permissions, content, and access needed to complete the migration.
By providing access to third-party accounts or systems, you authorize us to access those accounts solely for the purpose of performing the requested migration services.
Migration services do not guarantee that every design, feature, automation, integration, layout, or setting from a prior tool can be copied exactly. Some items may need to be adjusted based on the features, limitations, or structure of the Hub or third-party providers.
8. Monthly Maintenance Services
DoneRightHub™ may offer monthly maintenance services for an additional fee.
Maintenance services may include account assistance, updates, minor changes, troubleshooting, content updates, website or funnel edits, technical help, or other agreed support.
The exact scope of monthly maintenance services may depend on the plan, proposal, invoice, written agreement, or service description provided at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, monthly maintenance services do not include unlimited custom work, major redesigns, advanced development, custom coding, complex integrations, third-party troubleshooting outside our control, or work unrelated to DoneRightHub™.
9. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Your access will continue through the end of your current paid billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access, remove content, or stop providing services if:
You breach these Terms
You fail to pay amounts owed
You use the Hub in a way that puts us, our users, our providers, or third parties at risk
You send spam or abusive email
You violate applicable laws
You misuse the Hub
Your content or activity creates legal, security, reputational, deliverability, or operational risk
We are required to do so by law, court order, payment processor, hosting provider, software provider, or other third-party provider
On termination, your access may end and your content may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.
You are responsible for exporting your data before cancelling if you want to keep it. We are not responsible for loss of content, contacts, data, files, pages, funnels, automations, emails, courses, or other materials after cancellation, suspension, or termination.
10. Your Content
You own the content you create, upload, import, store, send, publish, or manage through the Hub. This may include funnels, websites, landing pages, emails, courses, contact lists, images, text, files, videos, automations, forms, customer data, subscriber data, and related materials.
By using the Hub, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use your content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Hub and related services.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for your content and for obtaining all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents needed to upload, use, send, publish, store, or process that content through the Hub.
11. Contact Lists, Subscribers, and Customer Data
You are responsible for the contacts, leads, subscribers, customers, students, clients, and other individuals whose information you upload, import, collect, store, email, or otherwise process through the Hub.
You represent and agree that you have all required rights, permissions, consents, and legal basis to use that information.
You may not upload, import, email, or use contact lists that are purchased, scraped, harvested, rented, obtained without permission, or otherwise used in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

You are the sender of the emails you send through the Hub. We are not responsible for the content of your emails, your contact lists, your unsubscribe practices, or your compliance with email marketing laws.
We may suspend or terminate email sending privileges if we believe your activity creates legal, security, spam, deliverability, provider, or reputational risk.
